Very Slow Response

We have a trip in progress with Trinity Jet and they are very slow to respond and it is difficult to get information from them in a timely manner. We email requests and/or updates and our email client offers us read receipts so it is clear they are receiving and reading our emails; however, nobody responds unless/until you submit your request over and over again.
